The apartment at Nuva was clean, well-furnished, and had a fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the coffee machine, hot water boiler, and variety of teas and coffee provided. The location was convenient, with a short 15-minute stroll to the cathedral, main train station, and city center. Despite the lack of air conditioning, a fan was provided to help with the summer heat. we had a pleasant stay at Nuva Apartments.

The Balcony: As I stepped onto the balcony of my cozy apartment, I felt like a king surveying his kingdom. The view was spectacular, with bustling streets below reminiscent of a vibrant ant colony. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and soak in the lively atmosphere of Cologne.

I felt like I was in a palace with the free WiFi and my own cozy seating area. Absolutely fantastic, darling!
Who needs sleep anyway? The loud music from the club and no AC made for a memorable sleepless night.

The apartment was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchenette. the balcony was a nice addition. the hosts were responsive and helpful. Great access to transport and restaurants.

Great neighborhood, easy-to-use room for 3 people. Clean and fully functional. Quiet city center location. Would choose again. Metro station 2 min away, direct line to Cologne Fair and 30 min to airport. Spacious, new, and clean room. Nearby restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Helpful and responsive staff. Would return. Convenient and walkable location.

The nearest airport was conveniently far away, NUVA Apartments had satisfactory seating areas, and the complimentary WiFi was delightfully available throughout the property.
The universe forgot to bless the hallways with fresh air.

The apartment was so modern and clean, with super comfy beds and a problem-solving shower. It was surprisingly quiet on a central city street and just a 2-minute walk to the underground train. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Loved the balcony and the friendly cleaning staff. Definitely would book again!
